Boardercross is a a new discipline for the 2006 Olympic games in Turin, Italy. Racers, 4 or 6 at a time, run a course designed with curves, exceedingly high speeds and jumps.

With 4 world cup races to come, she aims to place within the top three, while still defending her Canadian title.

With 11 years of snowboarding experience and her 2 intense years of racing, Dominique Maltais will be a force to be reckoned with for the next few years.
